Hello, I am Kate!

At Seeds to Succeed, I offer academic private tuition and Forest School education for children of all kinds — whether they’re in mainstream school, home-schooled, or receiving SEN or alternative provision.

I have a passion for supporting neurodiverse young people, including those with dyslexia, ADHD, autism, and PDA, as well as children experiencing school anxiety.

Every session is planned around the individual child, using a trauma-informed approach that puts their wellbeing and sense of safety first — because when a child feels regulated and understood, they’re free to learn and grow.

Parents and schools regularly tell me they notice real changes in confidence, communication,
and emotional wellbeing after just a few sessions. Whether I’m with a school group, a
specialist SEND setting, or an individual family, I bring warmth, patience, and real expertise
to make sure forest school is a space where all abilities belong.

Forest School

Forest school sessions are run by me Kate, a Level 3 forest school practitioner. Forest school
sessions are child led, flexible, sensory rich, outdoor experiences. Sessions can be in groups or
1-1. Sessions can include fire lighting skills, den building, nature connection, fauna and flora
identification, tree climbing, tool use and nature crafts. I teach private sessions or run sessions
for mainstream schools, SEND provision and homeschool children.

Private Tuition

Academic Lessons are taught by me Kate, an experienced Early Years trained teacher.
Specialising in teaching from age 2 – 14. My lessons are practical, fun engaging and support
children to connect their ideas across subjects to support their understanding and growth.
Academic lessons can take place in students homes, community spaces such as libraries or in
schools. I support children in or out of mainstream education specialising in SEND provision.
SATS preparation included in academic tutoring sessions.
